This course begins with a four-kind appetizer platter, followed by exquisite salt-braised wagyu beef tendon, our signature charcoal-grilled donko shiitake mushrooms, and grilled silver cod with saikyo miso.The main dish is Hakata Jidori chicken, slowly grilled over charcoal.This is an irresistible dish that combines the concentrated flavor of local chicken with the aroma of charcoal that fills your nose.The meal ends with grilled rice balls, seaweed miso soup, and even dessert, making it a reasonably priced yet satisfying meal.
